CHEESE POTATOES 
4 lg. potatoes, peeled and cut
1 c. grated cheese
2 c. milk (make sure it almost covers whole potatoes and cheese)
2 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. flour

Cut and peel potatoes in dish. Pour and stir grated cheese, milk and butter. Salt and pepper to taste. Put uncovered dish in microwave for 20 minutes. Make sure there is plenty of room for milk to rise when cooking. After it is done, pour 1 teaspoon of flour on cheese potatoes and cook 2 minutes longer.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
