APPLESAUCE HARVEST BREAD 
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. applesauce
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 tsp. salt

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, beat well. Stir together flour, soda and salt; add to creamed mixture. Stir in applesauce, cheese and nuts. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes.
