SOURDOUGH PANCAKES 
2 c. starter
2 c. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. melted butter or oil

Add enough milk to make a good pourable batter. Add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda and mix. Let rest a few minutes. Fry on medium heat.
