SOURDOUGH PANCAKES AND WAFFLES 
1 c. starter
1 c. flour
1 egg
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1/3 c. oil

Mix well and let stand for a few minutes before using. For waffles, increase oil to 1/2 cut and add an additional egg. NEVER ADD LEFTOVER BATTER BACK INTO YOUR STARTER!!!

I made these pancakes today. I doubled the recipe (except the sourdough starter) and added 1/3 cup applesauce and 2 tsp. of cinnamon. The pancakes were delicious! We have enough batter to make pancakes for another day. Thanks for sharing this recipe.
