SOURDOUGH PANCAKES 
3 eggs
3 1/2 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 + dashes of cinnamon
2 dashes pure orange extract (or fill the top of the bottle twice)
6 c. sour dough batter

3 c. sourdough starter (can be made from Goldrush Sourdough Starter available at Whole Foods. It comes with complete instructions & the sourdough starter culture
2 1/2 c. flour
2 c. warm water

Combine ingredients and set aside to use in pancakes the following day.

In a blender mix eggs, sugar, oil, salt, soda, cinnamon and orange extract. Combine with the previously prepared sourdough batter. Cook on hot plate at 400 degrees. Makes 24 pancakes about 6" diameter.
