CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
Cake:

1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1-3/4 c. sugar
2 c. sifted flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1-1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients together well and bake in greased 9 x 13 inch pan at 350°F (glass pan at 325°F) for 30-35 minutes.

Frosting:

1/4 c. butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 box powdered sugar
5-6 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Melt butter and cocoa together. Add powdered sugar, milk and vanilla. Add nuts at last minute. Pour on hot cake.
