2 c. biscuit mix
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. applesauce
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
2 tbsp. oil

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 12 muffin tins. In a large bowl combine all the ingredients and beat for 30 seconds. Fill the muffin tins 2/3 full and bake for 12 minutes.

TOPPING:

1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Combine the topping ingredients and brush over the tops.
