1 loaf Bridgeford frozen bread (comes in pack of 3) 1 lb. sausage 1 bell pepper 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, sliced thinly or grated Thaw bread and let rise on cookie sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray. When completely thawed, flatten out with hands. Meanwhile brown sausage, add bell pepper; drain. Place mixture down center of dough and top with cheese. Prick top and ends together. Bake at 375 degrees until brown. |
