CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE | |
1 c. graham cracker crumbs 3 tbsp. sugar 3 tbsp. melted butter 3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened 3/4 c. sugar 3 eggs 1 c. mini-chocolate chip pieces 1 tsp. vanilla Combine crumbs, sugar and butter. Press onto bottom of 9 inch spring pan. Combine cream cheese and sugar using medium speed of mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time. Mix well. Blend in chocolate pieces and vanilla. Pour over crust. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 250 degrees, continue baking 35 minutes. Loosen cake from pan. Cool before removing rim of pan. Chill. Serves 10 to 12. |
