PIZZA 
CRUST:

1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. warm water
3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil

Dissolve yeast in warm water in large mixing bowl. Add sugar, salt, and oil; mix. Gradually add flour and mix. Turn and knead for 5 minutes to lose sticky feel. Roll out.

Place on cookie sheet which has been slightly oiled (Crisco) and sprinkled with cornmeal. Poke crust with fork. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 sm. can tomato paste
2-3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. ketchup

Mix and spread over crust. Top as desired with onions, green peppers, pepperoni, browned ground beef, mushrooms, shredded Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes or until cheese just starts to brown.
