ZUCCHINI HOT DISH 
1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
4 or 5 (6 inch) zucchini, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 or 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Brown hamburger with onion, salt and pepper in skillet, stirring until crumbly. Drain. Layer zucchini and hamburger mixture alternately in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with soup and cheese. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Yields 4 servings.
