RED VELVET CAKE 
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. cocoa
1 oz. red color

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick butter
1 box 4X sugar
1 c. nuts

Cream sugar and oil. Add eggs. Beat well. Sift dry ingredients. Add vinegar, red color, milk and eggs alternately with dry ingredients. After you mix well, add vanilla. Bake layers 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
