SPINACH CREAM FLAPOVERS 
1/2 c. green onion, chopped
1/4 c. butter
9 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, chopped, cooked and drained
3 or 4 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
10 oz. can Flaky Biscuits
1 tbsp. butter, melted
Sesame seeds

Heat oven to 375 degrees. In skillet, cook and stir onions in 1/4 cup of butter until tender. Stir in spinach and cream cheese; cook until cheese is melted and creamy. Stir in Parmesan and cool. Separate dough into 10 pieces; press or roll each until it is about a 5 inch circle. Spoon in 1 tablespoon of the mixture into the middle of the biscuit; fold over and press closed with a fork. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Brush with melted butter; sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 375 degrees for 13 to 18 minutes, or until a golden brown. Serve warm.
