CHEDDAR POTATOES CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. shredded hash browns
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Crushed corn flakes and butter

Mix all together except corn flakes. Put the corn flakes on top of the mixture and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or microwave for 1/2 hour. You can add chunks of ham also.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
