LAYERED MEXICAN DIP 
1 can refried beans
1 lb. ground chuck, cooked, drained
1/4 c. taco sauce
1 packet dry taco seasoning
2 c. Mozzarella cheese
2 c. Colby or Longhorn cheese

Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread beans in pan. Cook ground chuck and taco seasoning according to package directions. Drain well. Spread cooked ground beef mixture over refried beans. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese. Drizzle taco sauce. Spread longhorn or Colby cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with nacho chips. Leftovers can be frozen.
