MINCE MEAT 
4 lbs. ground meat
15 c. ground apples
10 c. sugar
3 lbs. raisins, parboiled
1 1/2 pts. dark syrup
4 oz. cinnamon
2 oz. nutmeg
1 pt. vinegar

Mix all ingredients and boil until the apples are done. May be canned. This makes about 2 gallons.
