IMPOSSIBLE PIE | |
1/4 c. butter 4 eggs 2 c. milk 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. buttermilk biscuit mix 2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. toasted coconut Microwave butter on low (30%) for 45 seconds or until softened. Combine softened butter, eggs, milk, sugar, biscuit mix, vanilla and salt in blender. Mix well. Stir in coconut. Pour in lightly greased pie dish. Microwave on medium (50%) for 22 to 24 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Turn dish several times during cooking. |
