1 qt. tomatoes, cut
3/4 c. onion
1 sweet pepper
1-2 hot peppers, to taste
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. celery seed

Cover with red vinegar, cook until thick and seal while hot.
