DILLED POTATO SALAD 
Combine:

4 c. diced, boiled potatoes
1 c. sliced celery
3 green onions, thinly sliced (use the green, too)

Mix together and pour over potato mixture:

3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
3 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed

Refrigerate several hours. Then mix in:

3/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. diced green pepper
