MY BBQ SAUCE 
1/4 c. oil
1 c. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. chili catsup
8 oz. tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
6 tbsp. water
1/4 c. brown sugar, or more as desired
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. red pepper sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. hickory liquid smoke

Mix oil and chopped onion. Saute until onion is translucent.

Add flour and brown sugar. Mix well, then add to oil and onion. Mix well.

Add all other ingredients and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.

Keeps well in refrigerator in tightly covered container.
