BAKED FISH 
1 med. fish (3 to 4 lbs.)
1 tsp. garlic sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. butter or salad oil
1 lemon
1 whole onion, sliced
1 tsp. black pepper
1/3 c. parsley, chopped

Wash fish and remove head if desired. Sprinkle with salt and pepper inside and out. Cut three 2 inch slits across outside skin on both sides. Fill fish with onion slices. Squeeze lemon over fish, then cover with butter or oil. Sprinkle garlic salt and pour Worcestershire sauce into slits. Cover with parsley and place in baking pan. Bake in a hot oven at 400 degrees for 40 minutes or until brown. Baste frequently. Serves 6.
