BANANA - NUT SALAD 
1 egg
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. water
2 tbsp. butter
8 bananas
1 c. finely chopped nuts
Lettuce

Beat eggs lightly in top of double boiler; stir in sugar and flour. Add vinegar and water; cook stirring until thickened. Stir in butter; cool. Peel bananas; dip into cooked dressing. Roll into nuts; arrange on lettuce-lined salad plates.
