LEMON CAKE FILLING 
Use any cake mix
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. flour
3 egg yolks
1 c. milk
1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
2 lemons

Cook all together (except lemons) until mixture thickens. Grate 2 lemons. Add the juice of the lemons and add a little of the rine. Spread on layers for a 3 or 4 layer cake.
