BAKED CHEESE DISH 
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites, beaten stiff
2 c. milk
10 slices white bread, cubed (without crusts)
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 lb. cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick (1/2 c.) butter

Melt stick of butter in 9 x 13 inch dish. Beat egg yolks in medium mixing bowl with whisk beater. Add milk, salt, red pepper, cheddar cheese and bread crumbs. Fold beaten egg whites into mixture. Pour into melted butter dish. Refrigerate overnight or freeze for later. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until brown on top. Serves 6 to 8.
