PRETZEL JELLO 
2 c. pretzels, crumbled
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
1 c. whipping cream
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
3 c. boiling water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed

Combine pretzels, the 3 tablespoons sugar and butter and press into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch dish. Bake for 10 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool. Beat the cream cheese, the 1 cup of sugar and the whipping cream together and spread over the cooled pretzel layer; chill. Dissolve the gelatin in hot water; add strawberries. Chill until mixture is slightly thickened; spoon over cream cheese layer and chill. Serves 12.
