WILD RICE STUFFING 
Wash 1 lb. wild rice and cook in salted boiling water until tender. Saute 2 onions (chopped), 1 lb. mushrooms, 1 lb. bulk sausage, 2 cup croutons. Drain rice but do not rinse. Add sausage mixture. Mix well. Add 2 tablespoon melted butter. Season with salt, thyme and marjoram. Mix well and taste. Will stuff a large turkey.
