BRUNCH CASSEROLE | |
12 slices frozen white bread 3/4 lb. American cheese 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli or asparagus 2 c. ham, cubed 3 1/2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 6 eggs, beaten 1/4 tsp. dry mustard 2 tbsp. onion, minced 9 x 13-inch pan, buttered Cut bread into 12 doughnuts and holes. Put scraps in buttered pan. Add cheese layer, vegetable, ham layer; put doughnuts/holes on top. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over all. May add additional grated cheese layer. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 50 to 65 minutes. |
