BRUNCH CASSEROLE | |
2 boxes Pepperidge Farm seasoned croutons 1 lb. browned sausage or cubed ham 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese 6 eggs 3 c. milk 1 can cream of mushroom soup 3/4 tsp. mustard Mix together eggs, milk, soup and mustard. In a 9x13x2 inch baking dish, layer the croutons, sausage and cheese. Pour egg mixture over layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until set. |
