BUCKWHEAT PANCAKES 
1 c. buckwheat flour
1/2 c. white flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt

1 oz. vegetable oil
1 egg
1 1/2 c. milk

Mix well. Pour onto hot greased griddle. Yield: 6 to 8 (6 inch) cakes.
