CARROT CASSEROLE 
1 bag carrots, 1/4" sliced
2 tbsp. minced onions
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tbsp. prepared horseradish
2 tbsp. butter
Parsley
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Put cooked carrots in casserole. Reserve 1/4 cup cooking water and mix onions, mayonnaise, horseradish and liquid. Pour over carrots. Mix butter and bread crumbs. Pour over carrots and sprinkle with parsley. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-30 minutes.
