TURKEY SALAD FOR CROISSANTS | |
2 tbsp. oil 2 tbsp. orange juice 2 tbsp. cider vinegar 1 tsp. salt 4 c. cubed chicken 4 c. diced celery 1 c. water chestnuts, sliced 1 c. cashews 1 tsp. chopped dry onions 2 c. mayonnaise Combine first 5 ingredients and marinate 2 to 3 hours. Mix remaining ingredients and add to chicken mixture. Serve on croissants, in pocket bread or as salad on lettuce leaf. |
