In a large bowl mix the following: 2 c. brown sugar 2 c. white sugar 2 c. cooking oil 4 eggs Stir in: 2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 4 c. flour 2 tsp. vanilla Add: 1 1/2 c. minute oats 2 c. coconut 4 c. corn flakes not crushed 6 oz. chocolate chips 2 c. nuts, optional Bake at 325 degrees on an ungreased cookie sheet for 8 to 10 minutes, for soft cookies or 10 to 12 minutes for crunchy cookies. Batter will keep refrigerated for later use. |
