3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 c. diced bananas
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. cooking oil
1 c. crushed pineapple with juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8-inch round tube cake pan. Sift dry ingredients together. Add remaining ingredients and mix until well blended. Do NOT beat.
