RUNZAS 
3/4 c. warm water
1/2 c. condensed milk
2 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. oil
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3 c. shredded cabbage
3/4 c. onions
1 pkg. shredded cheese

Combine water, milk, yeast, and sugar; let set until foamy. Add oil, 1 1/2 cups flour, salt, and egg, beating well. Add 2 more cups flour, knead and let rise 1 hour. Brown hamburger and onions and cabbage. Cook until tender on low heat to prevent sticking. Cool.

Pinch off dough about the size of an egg, roll thin; spoon cabbage and hamburger mixture into the small piece of dough. Roll and seal edges. Place runzas upside down on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes about 20-25. Freezes very well.
