3 medium avocados
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. Lawry taco mix
1 can jalapeno bean dip
1 lg. green onion, chopped
3 sm. tomatoes, chopped
2 cans sliced black olives
Grated cheese

Peel and mash avocados. Mix in lemon juice, salt, and pepper. In separate bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco mix. Spread bean dip on a platter. Top with avocado mix (spread). Spread with sour cream mixture. Sprinkle tomatoes, onion, olives, and cheese on top.
