CARROT CAKE 
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. oil
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 jar carrots, 4 1/2 oz. baby food jar
1 jar peaches, 4 1/2 oz. baby food jar
2 jars applesauce, 4 1/2 oz. baby food jars

FROSTING:

3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 or more tbsp. milk
2-3 c. powdered sugar

Mix all together and place in 9x13 pan. Bake 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until center is no longer moist on toothpick. When cool, frost with cream cheese frosting.
