ARTICHOKE - CHEESE DIP 
2 cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (smashed)
2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese

Mix all together.

Bake in quiche dish for 15 minutes or until melted and slightly brown at 350 degrees.

Serve as a spread on crackers or small rye bread.
