CAJUN TUNA CASSEROLE 
1 box chicken Rice-a-Roni
1 lg. can tuna
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1/4 tbsp. pepper
1 tbsp. Tabasco sauce
2 tbsp. butter

Brown the rice from the box with butter, onion, celery and bell pepper. Stir in seasoning pack from box, pepper and Tabasco sauce. Then stir in 2 3/4 cups of hot water. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
