REMARKABLE TUNA CASSEROLE 
1 can boned chicken or tuna
1/4 c. almonds
1 can mushroom soup
Salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. chopped celery
1 c. rice, cooked
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Mix all together. Refrigerate overnight. Crush 1 cup potato chips on top of casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
