1 lb. perch fillets 1 onion, grated 1 bay leaf 1/4 tsp. lite salt and ground pepper 1/2 green pepper, diced 1/2 lemon, sliced thinly Arrange fish on flat non-stick baking pan. Sprinkle with lite salt and pepper. Scatter onion and green peppers around fillets. Add bay leaf, arrange lemon over fish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. 4 servings. |
