OATMEAL CAKE 
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. quick cooking oats
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Pour boiling water over oats. Stir, let cool and prepare batter. Mix together white sugar, brown sugar, oil and eggs. Sift together flour, cinnamon, soda and salt. Add flour to first mixture; mix well. Add oatmeal. Blend. Pour into well greased and floured 10" x 13 1/2" pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Pour frosting on cake while warm.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. canned cream

Cook above ingredients, stirring until it flakes from a spoon. Remove from heat. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla, small can Angel Flake Coconut. Mix and pour over cake.
