2 eggs
1 c. oil
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. oatmeal
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped nuts (opt.)

Mix together egg and oil. Add remaining ingredients, mixture will be thick. Spread into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
