3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1/2 lb. ground fine hazelnuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat egg whites and sugar for 5 minutes. Add hazelnuts and vanilla. Bake at 300 degrees until dry (7 to 8 minutes). Favorite at holiday time.
