PEACE-N-PLENTY CHICKEN SALAD 
3 whole chicken breasts, skinned & boned
4 eggs, hard cooked, peeled & diced
1/4 c. sliced white seedless grapes
1 short squirt mustard
1/8 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/8 c. sliced almonds

Season chicken breasts with 1 teaspoon each poultry seasoning, Lawry's seasoned salt, and pepper. Place in a greased baking dish and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool and dice. Mix with remaining ingredients and refrigerate until ready to serve. Great for salads or sandwiches. Serves 6 to 8.
