CHEESE BREAD 
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. poppy seed
2 tbsp. melted butter

Grease a round 8 or 9 inch pan. Blend egg, milk and Bisquick with a fork and form soft dough. Stir in 1/2 of the cheese. Spread dough in pan. Sprinkle remaining cheese and poppy seed over top. Drizzle with butter. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
