CHEESE STRAWS 
2 c. flour (sift & then measure)
1 lb. grated sharp cheese
1 stick butter (oleo), softened
1 tsp. red cayenne pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/3 c. sesame seed, poppy seed or finely chopped nuts

Mix cheese and butter. Add flour and seasonings. Chill. If using seeds, toast before using. Can be formed into into any size roll before slicing size of quarter or half dollar size. Chill before cutting. It can be frozen in foil and baked as needed. It can be formed with cookie press or use star mold.
