HAMBURGER PATTIES 
1 med. onion, sliced
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. garlic salt

PATTIES:

1 lb. hamburger
3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

For topping: Combine onion and butter in a small glass measure. Microwave on high 4-5 minutes or until onion is tender. Stir in sour cream and garlic and set aside.

For patties: Combine all ingredients. Mix. Form into 4-5 patties. Place on raised rack or shallow glass baking dish. Cover with waxed paper. Microwave on high 6-7 minutes. Top each patty with topping. Microwave 1 minute on high. Serve hot.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
