STUFFED GROUND BEEF PATTIES 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 beaten eggs
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 c. stuffing
2 cans (10 1/2 oz. each) cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1/2 can water

Mix ground beef, eggs, crumbs, milk, salt, pepper until blended.

Divide into eight portions. Flatten each portion into a thin patty.

Prepare stuffing. Spoon 1/4 cup stuffing on half of each patty; fold over other half to cover dressing; seal edges. Fry in hot fat until both sides are brown. Place in baking dish.

Mix soup with water and pour over patties. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 8.
