CREAMY STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1 (9 inch) shell, baked

Drain thawed strawberries, saving the syrup. Add enough water to the syrup to make one cup. Heat liquid to boiling. Stir in the package of gelatin. Add 1 pint of ice cream by spoonfuls, stirring until melted. Chill mixture until thickened. Fold into the strawberries. Pour into baked pie shell and chill until firm (do not freeze). Serves 6-8.
