CREAMY MELON COOLER 
1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jello brand lime flavor gelatin
3/4 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
Ice cubes
1/2 c. lemon yogurt
1 1/2 c. honeydew or cantaloupe balls

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Combine cold water and ice to make 1 cup. Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Measure 3/4 cup, blend in yogurt; chill. Place melon balls in dessert glasses. Add remaining gelatin; chill about 10 minutes. Top with yogurt-gelatin mixture. Chill at least 30 minutes. Garnish. Makes 6 servings.
